10Kgs in 10 days test project.

I wanted to put together a program for those who were struggling with motivation and not inspired to lose weight, everyone is looking for a quick fix these days and I wanted to develop a program that had less stress on the body with the needed amount of nutrition, vitamins and minerals going in, I started this program with 6 test subject 4 women and 2 men, 2 men 100kgs +, 1 woman 100kgs+, 3 other women that were existing clients, unfortunately, I lost 2 of the women in first 2 days due to commitment reasons.
My goal in starting this program was education and accountability making sure this program was followed perfectly to get the 10 kgs off in 10 days, during the 10 days the 4 remaining subjects were 100% committed to following the program with everything executed perfectly, I monitored nutritional pictures and exercise components were completed and signed off daily, I had regular interaction and support throughout the 10 days.
This is a rough idea of what the 10days looked like (see picture below), the green means that everything was signed off and completed, the program consisted of 2 days of fresh juicing, which consisted of 3 main fresh juices, breakfast a green juice, juice and orange juice and dinner a red juice then 3 days of raw plant-based foods and then another 5 days of the juicing strait, the feedback from test subjects varied with some finding it easy and others struggling but still stayed committed, the 2 male 100kgs + subject I seen the best results instantly dropping 3-4 kgs in the first 2-day juice fast with the results continuing with approximately 1 kg per day on day 4 and 5 the results slowed slightly with reintroducing foods back for days 3, 4 and 5 but did not stop or go backwards, days 6-10 was another 5 days of tight juicing which really brought the program home strong.

I wanted the exercise component to be minimal as training is a stress on the body and with reduced calories and detoxification happening on the body it was important to over keep the body moving first thing in the morning for 20mins low intensity walking best for burning fat before the first juice, then only 15-30mins bodyweight movement in the evening 4-6 pm before the final juice, which consisted of only 3 loaded strength sessions, 2 enduring session and 2 basic movement sessions during the 10 days.
THE BEST RESULTS
The pictures defiantly speak for them selfs, with Craig and Jason both losing 10kgs exactly over the 10 days they were both 100kg+ and stayed committed to everything in the program, with a very positive result.
SUBJECTS THOUGHTS
What an amazing program to kick start a successful weight loss campaign. Thank you Aaron for what was a tough but highly recommended 10-day challenge. The program was so easy to follow as you are prompted by a daily calendar with easy to follow recipes, along with step by step videos of the nightly workouts at the press of a button. I lost the bulk of my weight which has kick-started my new mindset of keeping fit and eating healthier. Just about to start the 12-week program….let’s go. Thanks again Aaron Regards Jason Jarcombe.
After having kids, last few years I found my diet and exercise dropping off dramatically, before I knew it I was 20 kg heavier and feeling flat and tired all the time. I saw Aaron’s lose 10kg in 10 days and thought this is the kickstart I need to get back on track. After 10 days I’m feeling great. I have lost half the weight I gained and feel much more energetic. THE POSITIVES WHO DIDN’T DROP 10KG
The 2 women that were existing members of my coaching program and were under 100kg did not hit the weight target of 10kgs, but in saying that there were significant changes in girth measurements, which proves there were body fat reductions and muscle mass increases during the 10 days.
CONCLUSION
this 10-day program works best for men over 100kg at this stage (I’m yet to have women over 100kg but will update this info when I do) this program will also lower body fat percentage by 10-15% long with cleaning digestion and increasing metabolism in those under 100kg.
