Congratulation to Simon Giuliani for an amazing result.
I have been working with Simon the last couple months in regards to changing lifestyle, advising him and keeping him accountable, I have some great members on my program but during the Christmas and new year It was difficult almost inevitable that guards were dropped and the Christmas cheer would set in, I chose Simon this month because throughout December and beyond he managed to drop 7 kgs in 5 weeks which is a fantastic result this time of year.
