Damo has been with me since the beginning, and I've coached him in many different ways over the last 12 years, from gym programs, personal training, nutrition coaching, and swim and run training.
In the last 6month, I've seen Damo excel in his commitment levels and going above and beyond to get results; with the best foundation laid, Damo can perform advanced exercises to get him the best results with muscle growth and strength, also focusing on his posture to reduce injuries from his profession as a tradie.
With his goals very clear to us, we as now working on building strength with a periodised conditioning program and matching nutrition to optimise calories for growth and recovery.
