2. Coaching Package Subscription

On purchasing a coaching package (SILVER, GOLD OR PLATINUM), you are entering a subscription-based contract, where the amount listed for each package is to be charged to your provided payment source upfront (unless an alternative payment plan is organised). All packages are a MINIMUM of 12 WEEKS with no refunds.

It is free to register an account on aaronbuchan.com with no obligation to enter a paid subscription package. Subscription can be upgraded at any time.

Note: All dollar amounts listed are in AUD (Australian Dollars).

3 Online Courses

All online courses are paid upfront through the website and are available at your own pace, there are no refunds on courses.

4. Personal Coaching

Please be aware that coaching hours are from 7 am-5 pm on any given day, calls or messages will not be taken outside these hours. If you are not available to contact me during 7-5 pm please make a specific booking time with me to suit. Coaching calls will be made within your desired coaching package but if not answered or booked I will presume training is going well and you don't need assistance. Programs will be loaded in Training Peaks no later than the week ending Sunday at 5 pm. Please check over the program thoroughly and give Aaron advanced notice of changes needed INSIDE COACHING HOURS.

5. Refunds Policy

All payments made via aaronbuchan.com for coaching package subscriptions, product purchases, services, video/podcast series or class bookings are non-refundable.
